We’re Hiring

Build a Career in Advertising:

Lots of Room for Growth in a Small, Fun Team Environment.

We’re a brand experience factory—or a full-service digital marketing and creative advertising agency based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Other agencies make ads. Our team of designers, writers, strategists, and nerds create experiences that make humans fall in love with brands.

New Thought Digital Agency was founded in 2013. Originally envisioned as a multimedia production studio, New Thought quickly realized that good content was only ever as good as one’s strategy for sharing it, and those strategies were far too often… well, not awesome. Tired of watching great stories fall victim to bad marketing practices, New Thought pivoted to become a new kind of agency. We assembled a team of multi-talented professionals capable of wearing a variety of hats, and have been telling good stories and creating experiences that people love ever since. We work with brands that dare to be a little different. Whether regional or national, our clients strive to be at the very top of their field.

Our team of outdoor enthusiasts and creative thinkers believe that the best way to understand the world is to immerse ourselves in it. Jackson Hole is a gateway to unparalleled cultural and recreational diversity, and New Thought provides its team with mandatory minimum paid-time-off to go out and explore it.

That said… the skiing is pretty great too.
