New Thought Digital Agency was founded in 2013. Originally envisioned as a multimedia production studio, New Thought quickly realized that good content was only ever as good as one’s strategy for sharing it, and those strategies were far too often… well, not awesome. Tired of watching great stories fall victim to bad marketing practices, New Thought pivoted to become a new kind of agency. Social Media Manager

New Thought Digital Agency is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. You will work directly with the production and digital teams to manage social networks for the agency’s various accounts..


Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

  • Develop and maintain a social media marketing plan for each client
  • Create a regular publishing schedule with relevant content to meet target audiences
  • Monitor, listen and respond to audiences in a strategic way
  • Oversee design of social feeds, profile images, and cover photos, and maintain a brand-driven aesthetic across platforms
  • Must be able to identify strong content to inform posts
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust publishing strategy as needed
  • Compile monthly reports showing results and analyzing strategy
  • Research trends in social media strategy, channels, tools, and design
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
  • Maintain consistency for each client across platforms
  • Assist production team with content planning and pre-production
  • Work with the advertising team to maintain consistency in messaging


  • Proven work experience as a social media manager
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive, creative and innovative thinker
  • Must be highly motivated and have a high-level initiative, able to work independently
  • Analytical thinker
  • BS or BA degree in Marketing or relevant field
